↗01 / BEHAVIORAL HEALTH CONNECTIONS
You don’t need to have every answer before taking the first step.
NBS connects individuals, families, and community partners with behavioral health resources in the NNI ecosystem. For appointments and clinical services, start with our care teams at Warren Family Recovery or Shaker Family Recovery.

The care provider confirms services, clinician availability, insurance participation, and the right setting for your needs.
EXPLORE AREAS OF SUPPORT
Connect with teams that address anxiety, depression, ADHD, personality disorders, relationship concerns, and challenges affecting daily life. Assessment helps identify appropriate support.
Ask the care team about trauma-focused counseling and EMDR, including clinician availability and whether the approach fits your needs.
Explore counseling, recovery planning, and support for co-occurring mental health and substance use concerns.
Connect with the care team about psychiatric evaluation, medication management, and follow-up with a qualified prescriber.
Discuss care coordination, practical resources, and support with the everyday circumstances that affect recovery and well-being.
The mySHO / SEL360 partnership connects school and community programming with behavioral health collaboration. Participating organizations define referral pathways, service availability, and responsibilities for each engagement.

NBS is the clinical staffing arm within the NNI ecosystem. We help organizations translate service needs into clear roles, coordinated staffing, and dependable communication.

Clarify the services, coverage priorities, qualifications, and supervision structure behind each staffing request.
Align clinical workforce planning with the organization’s requirements and confirm availability for the engagement.
Coordinate orientation, reporting relationships, and communication about coverage and changing needs.
Clinical staffing through NBS. Medical workforce coordination through N-Med. Service delivery and clinical supervision remain with the responsible provider.
Discuss your staffing needs ↗03 / ACCREDITATION & CERTIFICATION CONSULTING
For behavioral health agencies seeking accreditation, certification, or stronger operating systems, NBS offers a structured approach to preparation—from understanding gaps to putting improvements into practice.
Start with your organization’s goals, service model, jurisdiction, and timeline. We’ll shape the scope around your needs.

PRACTICAL WORK. CLEAR DELIVERABLES.
NBS provides independent preparation support. Accreditation and certification decisions belong to the relevant accreditor or state agency; consulting does not guarantee approval. NBS does not represent CARF or Joint Commission.
A THOUGHTFUL ENGAGEMENT
Whether you’re strengthening a workforce or preparing an agency, the work begins with a shared understanding of what you need.
